What actually matters in that table

Heat dose. The cardiovascular findings people cite — the Finnish studies associating frequent sauna use with lower cardiovascular risk — come from traditional saunas at traditional temperatures. Infrared runs 60–80°F cooler; you still sweat (the radiant heat warms you directly rather than heating the air), but if replicating the studied dose matters to you, traditional is the closer match.

The electrical line item. This decides more purchases than any health claim. A traditional heater needs a dedicated 240V run — often $500–1,500 of electrician work nobody budgets for.
